A unique cannon that combines powerful long-range dust suppression with advanced odour control in a single mobile unit. This allows operators to seamlessly switch between dedicated dust suppression and precision odour control.
With 360° rotation and a range of up to 50 metres, the ProDual™ Cannon provides wide coverage for a variety of dust and odour suppression needs across construction, waste and other industrial sites.
A ring of high pressure nozzles allows for maximal water delivery whilst in Cannon Mode. The system can then be switched to Atomiser Mode for minimal water use and smaller, consistent droplet sizes so that you get both functionalities in one unit.
ProDual™ Cannon is a mobile, two-in-one system for dust suppression and odour control. It combines a high-performance dust cannon with a precision rotary atomiser, allowing operators to switch between Cannon Mode which produces maximal water delivery and Atomiser Mode which uses much less water depending on site requirements.
In Cannon Mode, ProDual™ Cannon operates as a high-performance dust suppression cannon with maximal water delivery that can be projected up to 50 metres. Its 360° rotation allows operators to target dust across a wide area.
In Atomiser Mode, the rotary atomiser produces precisely sized droplets which can be dispersed with AiroPure® or AiroVive®. These droplets can suppress dust and neutralise odours at the same time, while the cannon’s high-volume fan helps carry the treatment across a much larger area.
Unlike conventional odour control systems, ProDual™ Cannon uses the powerful airflow of the cannon fan to carry treatment particles much further. This allows industrial odour control to be delivered across larger areas from a single unit.
Yes. In Atomiser Mode, AiroPure® or AiroVive® can be dispersed through the rotary atomiser to provide combined dust suppression and odour neutralisation in a single application.
AiroPure and AiroVive are Probe additives designed to work with Probe’s dust suppression systems. Both provide odour neutralisation alongside effective dust suppression. AiroVive also incorporates Probe’s restorative fragrance technology, designed to enhance the atmosphere and mood of the environment.
In some situations, users may prefer to have a separate tank which contains odour control additive to the water used for maximal dust suppression from nozzles activated in Cannon Mode. However if you would prefer the system to work using just one tank the unit can be designed in this way and tailored to your needs.
The system can be adjusted to match correct water flow and pressure according to the selected application. Cannon Mode can operate from approximately 10–60 litres per minute, while Atomiser Mode uses approximately 3 litres per minute.
Yes. In Atomiser Mode, the rotary atomiser produces droplets at the optimum size for treatment, reducing ineffective droplets and water wastage. This can result in up to three times less water use than conventional nozzle systems. However Cannon Mode can be activated in situations where higher water volume is needed.
The cannon provides 360° rotation and a dust suppression range of up to 50 metres, allowing a large area to be treated from a single position. In Atomiser Mode, the cannon fan helps extend the reach of dust and odour treatment. The cannon has a collapsible design, making it easier to transport and reposition as dust and odour control requirements change across a site.
